Sharon Bleibtreu

Sharon Bleibtreu has a wealth of experience in the field of Human Resources. Sharon started their career at Bluefly.com in 2000, where they worked their way up from Human Resources Manager to Human Resources Director. During their time at Bluefly.com, they managed staff and administered all HR functions for a $60M revenue generating business.

In 2005, Sharon joined Tommy Hilfiger as the Director of Performance Management. Over the years, they took on increasingly senior roles, eventually becoming the HR Senior Director. In this position, they were responsible for conducting succession planning, managing talent supply chain and performance management for 400+ employees in various corporate, retail, and wholesale functions. Sharon also provided operational oversight for all organizational development, change management, and HR plans, programs, and initiatives.

Most recently, in 2015, Sharon assumed the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at Sax LLP.

Sharon Bleibtreu obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Syracuse University, completing their studies from 1993 to 1997. In addition, they have a certification, PHR, from SHRM. The date of obtaining this certification is not provided.
