David Wales

David Wales is a Senior Counsel at Saxena White P.A. with extensive experience in corporate governance litigation. Prior to this role, David was a Partner at Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossmann LLP and Wolf Haldenstein Adler Freeman & Herz LLP, where David focused on securities litigation. David also served as a Senior Counsel at Rosenman & Colin LLP and as an Assistant United States Attorney at the United States Attorneys' Office. David holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in History from University at Albany.
