Laura A. Berg Deleuran

Laura A. Berg Deleuran is a seasoned risk management professional with extensive experience in operational and non-financial risk governance. Currently serving as Director and Head of Risk Governance, Framework and Reporting at Saxo Bank since July 2016, Laura previously held positions including Associate Director and Group Senior Risk Manager within the same organization, implementing and advancing operational risk frameworks. Prior to that, Laura served as Senior Risk Manager at Nordea, focusing on regulatory risk management and governance. Experience also includes a role as Senior Consultant at Oliver Wyman Financial Services, specializing in risk and regulatory topics for banks and public institutions. Laura holds a Master of Science in General Management from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management, an MBA from Tulane University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from RWTH Aachen University.
