Simon Rohrer

Simon Rohrer is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in agile transformations and enterprise architecture. Currently serving as Senior Director and Global Head of Enterprise Tech Architecture and Ways of Working at Saxo Bank since January 2019, Simon has a solid background in steering technology strategies and improving software delivery processes. Prior roles at Barclays from December 2003 to December 2018 include Director and Distinguished Engineer focused on Ways of Working, where Simon played a crucial role in adopting lean and continuous delivery methodologies. Additional positions at Barclays involved leading global teams in defining technology strategies for various sectors, including Wealth and Investment Management. Earlier professional experiences include roles at ThoughtWorks and QA Ltd. Simon holds a BSc in Computer Science and an MSc in Cognitive Science, both from The University of Manchester.
