Raphaela Grimstead

Raphaela Grimstead currently serves as Practice Group Secretary for Arts & Culture and Partner & Researcher at Saxton Bampfylde, a leading independent executive search firm. Additionally, Raphaela is a member of Panorama, a global community of leadership experts. Previous roles include Team Lead and Wellbeing Ambassador at UCL, where responsibilities encompassed staff management and student support during the pandemic. Experience also includes positions in auditing and market research at Serve Legal, mathematics tutoring, and a summer internship focused on Anti Money Laundering at AMLP Forum.
