Sara Walker

Sara Walker, SPHR has extensive experience in human resources and operations spanning various roles and companies. Currently, Sara serves as Managing Partner, Operations and Chief Talent Officer at Saxum, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, diversity, equity and inclusion, and training & development strategies. Prior to Saxum, Sara held roles such as Senior Vice President, Human Resources & Operations and Vice President at different companies, where Sara developed organizational structures, implemented change management, and oversaw talent acquisition and development. Sara holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Management from the University of Oklahoma.
