Karby L.

Karby L. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. They started their career at Westpoint Law Group in 2009, where they worked as a Legal Administrative Assistant, providing support to a senior Personal Injury solicitor and legal team. In this role, they managed legal documents, files, and maintained communication with over 350 clients.

After working at Westpoint Law Group for five years, Karby L. joined Whole Foods Market as a Customer Service Team Trainer in 2014. They remained in this position until 2016, responsible for training and mentoring customer service employees.

In 2016, Karby L. moved on to work at EasyPark, where they initially served as a Customer Service Representative. After a year, they transitioned into the role of Monthly Parking Coordinator & Accounts Receivable.

In 2018, Karby L. joined Manning Elliott Accountants & Business Advisors as a Client Receptionist. Over time, they took on additional responsibilities and worked as a Marketing Assistant and later as a Marketing Coordinator.

In 2021, Karby L. took on the role of Marketing Coordinator at gotomyerp. QuickBooks and Sage Hosting, where they contributed to marketing initiatives for the company.

Currently, Karby L. holds the position of Email & SMS Marketing Coordinator at SAXX, starting in 2023.

Karby L. attended BCIT School of Business + Media from 2017 to 2019, where they pursued a Certificate in Graphic Design. Prior to that, Karby L. studied at Simon Fraser University from 2008 to 2014, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature, General. In addition to their formal education, Karby L. obtained a certification in Content Marketing Masterclass: Create Content That Sells from Udemy in June 2021.
