Sydney Flanagan

Sydney Flanagan currently serves as a Community Schools Specialist at Say Yes Buffalo since January 2025. Prior to this role, Sydney was the ALL IN Coordinator at WNY Women's Foundation from June 2023 to January 2025, where responsibilities included outreach development, employer relationship management, data monitoring, programming creation, and leadership support aimed at empowering women and gender minorities. Previous experience includes positions as an Event Coordinator at UB Business and Entrepreneur Partnerships and an Events Planning Intern at Fredonia Admissions Office, where event planning and community outreach were key responsibilities. Additionally, Sydney held a Writing Intern position at the SUNY Fredonia Women's and Gender Studies Department, focusing on writing and editing scholarly articles. Sydney earned a Master's Degree in Human Rights & Social Justice from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Music Industry and Women's and Gender Studies from SUNY Fredonia.
