Melena Say

Melena Say has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Melena is currently working as a People Operations Coordinator at Sayari | Global Commercial Ownership Data since November 2022.

Prior to this, Melena worked at Cambridge Associates from April 2021 to November 2022. Melena started as a Recruiting Coordinator, where they were responsible for scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate profiles, and assisting with the onboarding process. Later, they transitioned to the role of Human Capital Coordinator, where they handled various HR tasks.

Melena also gained experience as a Professional Services Associate at PayScale and Payfactors in 2021. In these roles, they assisted clients with data configuration, collected and formatted data, and developed standard processes.

Before entering the corporate world, Melena worked at the University of Massachusetts Amherst in different capacities.
