Stav Raz Arad

Stav Raz Arad has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Starting in 2015, they had an Organizational Consulting Internship at ECI Telecom. In 2016, they joined Shavit Software as a Talent Sourcer & Technical Recruiter. In 2018, they moved to IntSights where they initially served as an HR Partner & Talent Acquisition Specialist before transitioning to the role of HR Business Partner in 2020. Their most recent role was as an HR Director at Sayata, which they started in November 2021. Stav's work experience reflects their expertise in HR, talent acquisition, and organizational consulting.

Stav Raz Arad completed a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Anthropology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 2011 to 2014. Following this, Stav pursued a Master's Degree in Organizational Consulting at the University of Haifa from 2014 to 2016.
