Sigourney Joseph

Sigourney Joseph has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Sigourney most recently worked at Sayata as an Operations Manager, providing administrative support for the C-Suite. Sigourney implemented new standard operating procedures and managed various tasks such as scheduling and travel arrangements. Prior to that, they worked at McKinsey & Company as an Executive Assistant, overseeing office operations for four executives and implementing effective systems for project documentation and calendar management. Sigourney also facilitated new hire onboarding and training. Before that, they worked at Franklin Templeton as a TA Client Representative & New Hire Mentor, where they developed standard procedures, presented workshops, and provided analytic support. Their earlier experience includes working at Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America as a Sales Ambassador & Trainer, where they increased employee engagement, managed personnel changes, and provided professional development planning for staff.

Sigourney Joseph obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Criminology from the University of South Florida, where they attended from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, they have earned several certifications including a Notary Public certification from the State of Florida in November 2020.
