Vitaliia Haile is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in restaurant and customer service roles. Currently serving as a Restaurant Supervisor at Saybrook Point Resort & Marina since March 2015, Vitaliia has successfully enhanced team productivity and customer satisfaction through effective workflow implementation and problem-solving skills. Prior experience includes roles as a Dining Room Server at the same resort, a Front Desk Representative at Hilton Garden Inn, and various positions at The Sea Pines Resort, Beach House, Oak Mill Bakery, and The Salty Dog Cafe. Vitaliia holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Accounting from Middlesex Community College and is pursuing a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting at Central Connecticut State University, expected to graduate in August 2024.
