The managing director at Virgo Capital and the director of corporate development at TIBCO Software both have experience working with software companies. The analyst from the high technology group at Goldman Sachs brings a financial perspective to the board. All three members of the board have degrees from prestigious universities; the managing director and director of corporate development have degrees in engineering from Stanford University, and the analyst has a degree in finance from Harvard University.
