VP, Customer Success at Mine

Daniel Goldfeld is the current Vice President of Customer Success at Mine. Daniel has also served as the Director of Customer Success at Logz.io from June 2018 to December 2019. In this role, they were responsible for creating a company-wide culture of customer success, aligning with the executive team around key metrics and objectives. Daniel also defined the customer lifecycle and optimized the pre-sale, on-boarding, training, long-term success, on-going support, account expansion, and retention processes.

Goldfeld has extensive experience in strategic pre-sale and post-sale activities for both Fortune 500 Enterprises and start-ups. Daniel has also lead and managed teams including Pre-Sale (Solution Architects), Customer Success (Post-Sale) and Technical Support (T1, T2, and Escalations). In addition, they have experience in managing operational metrics and benchmarks to measure the effectiveness of Customer Success (sales enablement, adoption, usage, health, CSAT and NPS, etc.).

Daniel has also designed and integrated Logz.io CS-CRM (Gainsight), NPS (AskNicely), Support Tools (ZenDesk and Intercom) and the Logz.io Academy (Moodle). Furthermore, they have experience in scaling the team and processes by adopting customer success analytics, automation, and business intelligence technologies. Their ultimate goal is to maximize customer lifetime value by increasing improving the efficiency of the pre-sale processes, enabling renewals, and reducing churn.
