Scott Kruse, PHR

Scott Kruse, PHR has over 20 years of work experience in various HR roles.

Scott currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Sayre Christian Village since March 2023.

Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Elemental Processing from June 2019 to April 2020.

From January 2017 to April 2019, they served as an HR Manager at Parsley Energy, and from February 2014 to January 2017, they held the role of an HR Business Partner at the same company.

Before that, Scott worked as a Consultant at Lexmark International, Inc. from April 2011 to February 2014.

Scott also held the position of Assistant Director of Admissions at the Illinois Institute of Art from August 2009 to November 2010.

Scott's career in HR began at Nationwide Insurance, where they worked as a Home Care Representative from May 2002 to February 2008.

Scott Kruse, PHR completed their high school education at Woodford County High from 1994 to 1997, achieving a High School Diploma in General Studies. Following this, they attended the University of Kentucky from 1997 to 2002, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a major in Sociology.
