Mike Dollens has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Starting in 1995, they began their career in the U.S. Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer for seven years. Following their naval service, Dollens worked as a Senior Logistics Engineer at the National Steel and Shipbuilding Company from 2002 to 2005. Mike then joined ANSOL, Inc. as a Senior Analyst from 2005 to 2009. In 2009, Dollens transitioned to PEO C4I, PMW 760, where they held various roles such as Amphibious/Special Mission Ships & Craft IPM and Aegis BMD/Aegis Ashore Integration Platform Manager. From 2016 to the present, Dollens has been with Sayres and Associates, where they held positions such as Director - West Coast Acquisition Programs and Vice President of Naval Warfare Acquisition and Fleet Support Programs. Most recently, they have served as the President of Fleet Operations at Sayres and Associates.
Mike Dollens earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management from Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business, which they attended from 1991 to 1995. Mike then pursued further education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus in Management from San Diego State University, where they studied from 2002 to 2005.
