Jason Humble

Jason Humble has over 20 years of experience in the footwear industry. Jason is currently the Director of Development, Manufacturing and Sourcing at Saysh, where they manage product creation and innovation for women runners. Prior to their current role, Jason ran their own company, Jason Humble Footwear Creation and Engineering LLC, where they specialized in product development and manufacturing, with a focus on creating high-performance consumer products.

Before starting their own company, Jason worked at Nike for over a decade, holding various senior positions including Sr. Product Footwear Engineer, Sr. Technical Transition Manager, and Senior Footwear Product Development Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for ensuring product engineering elements were addressed and leading teams in testing and proving technologies. Jason also managed the running category for Nike Sports Korea Co., Ltd., where they coordinated the development of multiple projects and managed the running footwear development process.

Earlier in their career, Jason worked as a Footwear Product Development Manager at Nike, handling the Metro product line, and as a Marketing Manager at Asics America, where they managed key running accounts and helped increase revenue through value-level products. Jason also served as a Footwear Developer for the Adidas Group, where they managed the global running SMU development business.

Throughout their career, Jason has demonstrated expertise in product development, manufacturing processes, innovation, and collaborating with international production factories and creation centers. Jason is known for their ability to find solutions to difficult challenges and deliver products at margin targets.

Jason Humble has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Oregon. Jason also attended the adidas Footwear Manufacturing Training School and became a Footwear Expert.
