Kiffany Hoover

Kiffany Schoeman is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning several leadership roles in diverse organizations. As Vice President of Human Resources at One World Ventures from January 2022 to February 2024, Kiffany built on a strong foundation as Senior Director of Human Resources at Airgain, Inc., where a technical recruitment role was introduced, enhancing workforce diversity and achieving cost savings. Previous roles include Senior Human Resources Consultant at RGP, focusing on Workday implementation, HR due diligence, and culture transformation, along with leadership positions at Golden State Foods and BCBGMAXAZRIAGROUP, where Kiffany developed HR strategies across various industries.
