Manuel Romero

Manuel Romero, CPA, has extensive experience in financial reporting and technical accounting, currently serving as a Sr. Manager/Director Level in SEC Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting at Sayva Solutions since May 2023. Previously, Manuel held the position of Sr. Manager of Technical Accounting and Reporting at HF Sinclair from May 2022 to May 2023. A significant portion of Manuel's career was spent at Flowserve Corporation, where roles included Sr. Manager and Manager of SEC Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting, and Sr. Financial Analyst in External Reporting, spanning nearly a decade. Prior experience includes financial reporting supervision at UBI, a division of AmTrust North America, and a senior accountant role at Trinity Industries, as well as an auditing position at Deloitte. Manuel holds a Bachelor’s degree with dual concentrations in Finance and International Business Management from the University of the Incarnate Word.
