Muhammad Umer Saleemi

Muhammad Umer Saleemi has been serving as Manager P & A at Sayyed Engineers Limited since September 2015, with prior experience as Manager Guarding Services at Phoenix Private Security Services Limited from September 2013 to May 2015, focusing on human resource management and security service maintenance. Muhammad Umer Saleemi served in the Pakistan Army from 1988 to 2013, achieving the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and gaining extensive experience in command, intelligence, and administrative roles. Academically, Muhammad Umer Saleemi holds an MSc in Criminology & Security Studies from the University of the Punjab, and an MSc in Criminology from Gomal University D.I. Khan, as well as a degree in Political Science and History from PMA Kakul.
