Sháka Rasheed is a seasoned finance and investment professional with extensive experience in capital markets and venture capital. Currently, Rasheed serves as General Partner and Head of Capital Development and Portfolio Value Creation at Open Opportunity Fund, focusing on investing in diverse founders and innovative companies. In addition, Rasheed holds a position on the Board of Directors at DigitalBridge, overseeing a significant portfolio of digital infrastructure assets. Previous roles include senior leadership positions at Salesforce, M12 (Microsoft's Venture Fund), Microsoft, Bridgewater Associates, Lazard Asset Management, Citadel, J.P. Morgan, and Merrill Lynch, showcasing expertise in sales, marketing, and business development across various sectors.
