Amelia de Jesus

Amelia De Jesus is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in site development and construction services, currently serving as Executive Director at SBA Communications since June 2025. Previously, Amelia held the role of Vice President of Workforce Solutions at the Wireless Infrastructure Association from January 2023 to June 2025, focusing on workforce development in the broadband industry. Amelia's prior experience includes various leadership positions at Crown Castle, including National Vice President and Vice President of Tower Operations, as well as roles at LightSquared, VCI Group, Inc., Sprint Nextel, and Mastec North America, Inc. Amelia holds an MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Finance and Marketing from Florida Atlantic University.
