Amy Wilson

Amy Wilson is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and legal administration. Currently serving as an Independent Director on the Board of SBA Communications Corporation since May 2023, Wilson contributes to the Audit Committee and Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee. Since October 2000, Wilson has held the role of General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Dow, where responsibilities include overseeing a large legal department and handling a diverse range of corporate legal matters. Wilson also has experience as Attorney at Currie Kendall from July 1995 to October 2000, specializing in business, commercial, and banking law. An alumnus of the University of Michigan Law School, Wilson holds a J.D. and a B.A. in International Relations from Michigan State University.
