David Genaro Cuesta Proaño has extensive experience in the legal and business development field. In 2011, David joined SBA Communications as a Regulatory Compliance Manager and Corporate Counsel. David Genaro managed the permitting and regulatory process, developed operational processes, and actively participated in the drafting of local and national regulations.

Currently, David is the Director of International Business Development LATAM at SBA Communications, leading a team responsible for building a pipeline of investment opportunities across LATAM and expanding relationships in the tower business ecosystem.
