Lucas Mota

Lucas Mota has significant experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as an International Operations Data Specialist at SBA Communications since September 2020. In this role, Lucas oversees the analysis and control of maintenance for greenfield and rooftop sites in the southern region, develops efficiency tools for the operations team, and creates dashboards for tracking goals and performance analysis. Previously, Lucas held multiple positions at American Tower do Brasil from November 2014 to September 2020, including roles as an Engineering Assistant, Screening Assistant, and a Young Apprentice in Engineering, where responsibilities ranged from controlling structural documentation to managing supplier contracts and documenting site improvements. Lucas holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, completed in July 2023.
