Theresa Thompson

Theresa Thompson, CPA, MBA, currently serves as the Head of Global Audit at SBA Communications, a position held since September 2011, where additional titles have included Senior Director of Accounting Policy, Corporate Controller, and Director of Financial Accounting. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of the Accounting Scholars Program and Instructor of Accounting at Florida Atlantic University from August 2010 to December 2011, and various roles at JM Family Enterprises from 2002 to 2010, including Director of Financial Reporting & Analysis. Earlier in Theresa Thompson's career, positions held include Senior Manager of Accounting at Spherion Corporation from 1999 to 2002 and Audit Supervisor at KPMG from 1995 to 1999. Theresa Thompson earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Florida State University and an MBA in Accounting from the University of Central Florida.
