Charlotta Selin

Charlotta Selin started their work experience in 2004 as a Trainee at IHK Mittleres Ruhrgebiet. Charlotta then joined Nordnet Bank AB in 2005 and held various roles including Customer Service Manager in Germany and Head of Project Management Office. Charlotta also worked at Klarna starting in 2011, where they served as Head of Project & Process and Director PMO, among other roles. In 2018, Selin became Chief Customer Experience Officer (acting) at SBAB and later transitioned to the role of Head of Digital Sales & Service. Charlotta is currently a Board Member at Booli.

Charlotta Selin completed their education from 2000 to 2004 at Hanken School of Economics. During this time, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Management and Organization.
