Deniz Güler

Deniz Güler has extensive work experience in the banking and financial sector. They started their career as a Retail Banking Officer at Nordea in 2008. They then worked as a Junior Analyst and Analyst at Söderberg & Partners before joining Skandiabanken as a Quantitative Modeller, Credit Risk in 2012. In 2014, they moved to SBAB, where they held various roles, including Analyst, Capital Planning, Manager, Internal Capital Adequacy, Head of Capital, and Acting Head of Market and Liquidity risk. They took parental leave in between their roles at SBAB. They are currently working as the Head of Market and Liquidity risk at SBAB.

Deniz Güler completed their Msc in Industrial Engineering and Management from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University from 2006 to 2010. During their time at Lund University, they also participated in an exchange program at ETH Zürich in 2010. Additionally, they took part in another exchange program at the University of Waterloo in 2009.
