Kristina Frid

Kristina Frid currently holds the position of Operativ Chef Affärsområde Privat and Head of Customer Service and Sales at SBAB since August 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing the customer service and sales organization comprising approximately 300 employees. Kristina has also served as a board member at Booli Search Technologies AB from April 2023 to February 2025 and has held various leadership roles at Nordea, including Head of Branch Region West and Acting Head of Branch Region Värmland. Additionally, Kristina was Chair of Handelskammaren Värmland Lokalavdelning Karlstad from February 2018 to April 2022 and participated in the Women Up leadership initiative in 2014. Academically, Kristina has a Företagsekonomi degree from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg and a Filosofie Kandidatexamen from Karlstad University.
