Natascha Karlen has extensive experience in the transportation sector, currently serving as a Servant Leader B2B and Product Owner for Business Travel at SBB CFF FFS since October 2014. Prior to this role, Natascha worked at login Berufsbildung AG from August 2011 to August 2014, holding positions such as Second Level Support and Customer Consultant after completing a training program as Kauffrau öffentlicher Verkehr.
