Tobias Gerber

Tobias Gerber currently serves as an Innovationsmanager at SBB CFF FFS since December 2016, contributing to the development of innovation management within SBB Infrastruktur, including the creation of innovation strategies and the facilitation of workshops. Additionally, Tobias has been a course leader for overbetrieblichen courses in the public transportation sector at login Berufsbildung AG since August 2017, focusing on providing learners with theoretical and practical knowledge. Prior experience includes a position as the head of the project office at SBB Infrastruktur from September 2011 to December 2016, where Tobias led a team in managing and advancing the project board office. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA in Innovation Management from Berner Fachhochschule BFH, a SVEB certificate from Lernwerkstatt Olten, a Diploma in Business Administration from HFW Bern, and a qualification as a Public Relations specialist from the Schweizerisches Public Relations Institut.
