Alena Porozkova

Alena Porozkova is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in SAP and business process automation. Since April 2016, Alena has served as Lead Analyst in the Business Process Automation Department at Sberbank-Technology, focusing on system enhancement within support frameworks. Prior to this role, Alena held various positions at IBS from August 2006 to April 2016, including Lead Consultant and Senior Consultant in the HR-solutions department, where responsibilities included team leadership, project planning, business process design, and system implementation.
