Andrey Kovtun

Andrey Kovtun has over 28 years of experience in the IT and banking sectors, holding various leadership roles. Currently, Andrey serves as a Senior IT Business Partner and Program Manager at Sberbank since March 2016, while also acting as an Executive Manager and Head of the IT Department. Prior to this, Andrey was a Senior Business Partner at Sberbank-Technology and a Senior Project Manager at Sberbank. Andrey's earlier positions include Chief Information Officer at BFA Bank and BFA Investment Company, as well as Head of Software Development at the International Bank of Saint-Petersburg. Andrey holds a degree from Saint Petersburg State Electrotechnical University "LETI."
