Aydar Iskhakov

Aydar Iskhakov has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Aydar started their professional career in 2013 as the Director's assistant in a family business. In 2015, they interned at Sberbank in their Financial Department. In 2016, they joined McKinsey & Company as a Temporary Assistant on projects and later became a Business Analyst. In 2018, Aydar joined Yandex as a Product Manager and then advanced to become the Head of Unit, leading the efficiency team for Yandex Eats. During their tenure at Yandex, they successfully implemented various strategies, such as replacing the matchmaking algorithm and redesigning communication with couriers, resulting in cost reductions and improved efficiency. Since 2021, Aydar has been working at SberMarket, where they initially served as the Business Unit Director/CPO and currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations. In this role, they have successfully launched the express food delivery business unit and improved contribution profit by building an on-demand delivery platform and introducing agile processes.

Aydar Iskhakov earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Economics from the University of London from 2014 to 2018. Aydar also studied Economics at the Higher School of Economics during the same period.
