Sonia Nagpal

Sonia Nagpal currently serves as Vice President - Sustainability Lead & CSR Support at SBI Card, a role held since October 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing sustainability initiatives and corporate social responsibility efforts. Prior to this position, Sonia held several key roles within SBI Card, including Deputy Vice President - ESG and Deputy Vice President in Commercial Card Portfolio Services, as well as Assistant Vice President Operations focusing on Corporate Customer Management. Sonia's career includes significant experience at The DataFlow Group as a Senior Manager and Manager, and at Foshwa India Ltd. as Services Operations Manager for Visa Forwarding Services. Starting in May 2005, Sonia worked for GE Capital in various capacities, including Corporate Servicing Manager and Team Lead, contributing to the launch of the SBI credit card in partnership with SBI Cards. Educational qualifications include a PGDIB in International Business from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a B.Com in Business/Commerce from Kamala Nehru College.
