Donavon Young

Donavon Young started their work experience as a Summer Intern at Bazaarvoice in 2013. Donavon then had a Summer Internship at Whole Foods Market in 2015. In 2016, they worked as a Summer Analyst at Castle Hill Partners and as a Media Assistant in the African American Studies Program at Boston University. From 2017 to 2018, Donavon had various roles at Accenture, including Summer Analyst and SEO Career Trainee. In 2018, they worked as a Consulting Summer Analyst at Accenture. Donavon continued their journey at Accenture as a Consulting Analyst from 2019 to 2020 and then became a Consulting Senior Analyst from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they are working as a Consultant at SBI, The Growth Advisory since 2022. Additionally, Donavon has a long-term involvement with the Breakthrough Collaborative as a Student, Volunteer, and Student Ambassador from 2009 to 2019.

Donavon Young's education history begins in 2011 when they attended McCallum High School. During their time there, they completed a general studies program. In 2015, they moved on to Boston University, where they pursued a double major in Economics and African American Studies. Donavon successfully completed their undergraduate degree at Boston University in 2019.
