Philippe Costel

Philippe COSTEL has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Philippe started their career with an internship in the production plant industry in 1999.

In 2001, Philippe joined Sanofi Pasteur as a Project Leader and Business Information Officer, where they worked until 2004.

From 2004 to 2006, they worked as a Consultant in recruitment assignments at Michael Page.

In 2007, Philippe joined Capgemini Consulting as a Senior Managing Consultant. In this role, they were responsible for consulting in transformation, including strategy, organization, and management, for various companies in sectors such as manufacturing, CPG, retail, life sciences, and engineering-to-order.

In 2015, they moved to Capgemini as a Senior Managing Consultant, focusing on digital transformation.

Starting from 2017, Philippe has been associated with SBM Life Science. Philippe initially served as the General Manager Support, then as the Global Digital Lead, Director of Projects Office, and GM Support. Philippe currently holds the position of Chief Information & Digital Officer, Director of Projects Office.

Philippe COSTEL completed an Engineering Degree in Industrial Engineering at Ecole centrale de Lyon from 1997 to 2000. Philippe then pursued further education by completing a Specialized Master (Mastère Spécialisé) in Corporate Strategy & BtoB Marketing (SIMI) at emlyon business school from 2000 to 2001.
