Alexei Bereznitski

Alexei Bereznitski is an accomplished professional in naval architecture with extensive experience in leading roles within the maritime and offshore engineering sectors. Currently serving as Manager Naval Architecture and Group Technical Authority at SBM Offshore since November 2014, Alexei oversees engineering methods within a company specializing in FPSOs and mooring systems. Previously, Alexei held significant positions at Huisman Equipment B.V., including Department Head of Naval Architecture and Product Manager Vessels, where focus was directed toward the design and development of offshore equipment. Alexei's academic credentials include a PhD in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Delft University of Technology and an MSc in the same field from Saint-Petersburg State Marine Technical University. Early career experience includes work as a Naval Architect at Krylov Shipbuilding Research Institute.
