Jens Axel Fyner

Jens Axel Fyner currently serves as the HR Operational Excellence Director at SBM Offshore since May 2025, bringing extensive experience from previous roles, including Head of HROS at Nutreco and Director of Finance and Operations at The Chemours Company. With a strong background in shared services and operations, Jens has also held key positions at VestasG, IBM Global Services, and CHEP, focusing on financial management and implementation of systems like SuccessFactors. Jens holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Languages from Copenhagen Business School and further education from ESCP Business School.
