Pierre Coste

Pierre Coste currently serves as a Field Engineer in Offshore Operations at SBM Offshore since March 2023, engaging in tasks such as operations preparation, coordination, procedures review, and technical support for major offshore projects including the installation of mooring systems for various FPSOs. Prior to this role, Pierre gained experience as an Installation Engineer Trainee, focusing on installation methods within an offshore environment. An R&D Engineer Trainee position at AKVA group ASA involved ocean operations and offshore engineering, while an internship at NAVAL GROUP provided hands-on experience in a multidisciplinary environment for surface vessels. Pierre's earlier role at Ports Rade de Toulon involved training seasonal staff and managing marine operations. Pierre holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur from SeaTech and is pursuing dual Master's degrees in Innovative, Intelligent, and Sustainable Materials at Université de Toulon. Additionally, Pierre is affiliated with the Institut des hautes études de défense nationale (IHEDN) and achieved a TOEIC certification in English.
