About

The board of directors at SBM Offshore has a lot of experience with oil and gas companies as well as experience in academia. Many of the members have worked for oil and gas companies in the past, such as Transocean, and have a lot of experience in human resources and information technology. The board also has members with a lot of experience in teaching at universities, such as Texas A&M University, and this gives them a unique perspective on the oil and gas industry.
