Stephanie Rivera

Stephanie Rivera has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Stephanie began their career in 1997 as a Customer Service Representative at United Cerebral Palsy and worked there until 1999. From 1999 to 2000, they worked as an Office Manager at The Flower Basket. In 2001, Stephanie joined State Farm Insurance as an Office Manager and worked there until 2017. Finally, they joined SBMA - Benefits Administration in 2017 and currently holds the position of Director of Eligibility Operations.

Stephanie Rivera earned an Associates Degree in Business Administration from San Diego Mesa College between 2001 and 2003. Stephanie also attended the Mike Russ School of Finance in 2001 to 2002, specializing in Property/Casualty & Life/Health Agent/Broker. Prior to college, they obtained a Diploma in General Studies from James Madison High School between 1998 and 2001.
