Lyanne Ortiz

Community Preparedness Engagement Manager at SBP

Lyanne Ortiz serves as the Community Preparedness Engagement Manager at SBP, where responsibilities include managing programs related to disaster recovery and home rebuilding efforts, particularly in the aftermath of Hurricane María, with a record of completing 200 homes. Previous roles at SBP include Program Administrator and HR & AmeriCorps Program Manager, as well as Client Services Coordinator. Prior to SBP, Lyanne worked as a Sales Associate at Old Navy, focusing on customer service and retail operations. Lyanne is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management at the University of Central Florida and holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, International Relations, and Cooperativism from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras.
