Joshua Griffin

Joshua Griffin has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Joshua began their career in 2009 as a Resourcing Specialist at Evolution Media. After a year, they transitioned to The Cellarmasters Group, where they served as an HR Advisor for one year. In 2011, they joined The Wine Quarter as an HR Business Partner, providing support and coaching to senior leaders. Joshua eventually became a Senior HR Business Partner and held the role until 2016. Joshua then moved on to Special Broadcasting Service (SBS) Australia, assuming various roles including Snr Business Partner, Diversity & Inclusion Lead, and Head of Inclusion and Talent Development, where they are currently employed.

Joshua Griffin attended the University of Wollongong from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree. Their field of study was focused on HR and Marketing.
