Laura Zannucci, CISA, CISM, CDPSE has a diverse work experience in the field of information security and technology risk management. Laura is currently working at SBS CyberSecurity as a Consultant and Information Security Officer, where they assist various clients with IT risk management, governance, and information security training. In their role as the Information Security Officer, Laura is responsible for managing information security policies, procedures, and technical systems.

Prior to their current position, Laura worked as an Instructor at Walter State Community College for a brief period. Laura also served as an Audit and Compliance Manager at Sevier County Bank, where they managed audit and compliance activities. Before that, Laura was a Senior Vice President - Operations at Community Bank of the Cumberlands, overseeing operational functions.

Laura has also worked as an IT and Compliance Auditor at BLU3 Technologies, Inc., where they conducted audits to ensure IT and compliance standards were met. Laura held multiple roles at BankEast (purchased by US Bank), including SVP Deposit Operations Administrator, Information Security Officer, and Audit Liaison. Additionally, Laura gained experience as Vice President and Internal Auditor at First National Bank of Lenoir City and BankFirst (purchased by BB&T). Laura started their career as a Senior Servicing Officer at ORNL Federal Credit Union.

Throughout their career, Laura has demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity, project management, program development, and decision-making regarding cybersecurity controls. Laura holds certifications in information security and technology risk management, including CISA, CISM, and CDPSE.

Laura Zannucci, CISA, CISM, CDPSE, obtained their B.S. in Business Administration from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where they studied from 1990 to 1992. Prior to that, they earned their A.S. in Business Administration from Cleveland State Community College, attending from 1988 to 1990.

In addition to their academic background, Laura Zannucci has acquired several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Laura obtained the Certified Information Security Manager® (CISM) certification from ISACA in October 2021. Furthermore, they attained the Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer™ (CDPSE™) certification, also from ISACA, in March 2021.

Moreover, Laura Zannucci holds the Certified Banking Business Continuity Professional (CBBCP) certification from the SBS Institute, obtained in January 2018. Laura also earned the Certified Banking Security Manager (CBSM) certification from the same institution in May 2016. Laura Zannucci is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), having obtained this certification from ISACA in July 2018.
