Roger Hinckley has extensive experience in international operations, product marketing, and technology development. Currently serving as Director and Vice President of International Operations at SBTI since October 2002, Roger previously held the position of Director of Product Marketing at Lucent Technologies, where responsibilities included leading business and market management for the Optical Networks Group and implementing lean processes in China. Prior to Lucent, Roger worked at AT&T Network Systems as a Senior Market Planner, focusing on joint ventures in Asia, and at AT&T Bell Laboratories as a Member of Technical Staff, where contributions included developing innovative products and systems engineering processes. Roger earned a Master of Science in Operations Research from Columbia University, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College, and an Associate of Science in Mechanical Technology from Alfred State College - SUNY College of Technology.
