Corey Katz serves as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at SC Holdings since February 2024. Prior to this role, Corey Katz was General Counsel at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP from September 2021 to February 2024, focusing on representing private equity sponsors in various M&A transactions. Corey Katz also held associate positions at Winston & Strawn LLP, Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP, and Moritt Hock & Hamroff LLP from June 2018 to August 2021, February 2017 to June 2018, and February 2015 to February 2017, respectively. Corey Katz holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the Cardozo School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
