Artur Pacalujko

Artur Pacalujko serves as the Regional Manufacturing Excellence Manager for SC Johnson in North America, where responsibilities include implementing the Manufacturing Excellence program and fostering a Lean culture within the supply chain. Previous roles at SC Johnson included Plant Manager for a Canadian facility, overseeing a team of over 150, and Production Manager at the largest European SCJ factory, managing more than 200 FTEs. Artur has also held key positions in maintenance and project engineering, earning recognition for successful production line relocations and engineering leadership on new product initiatives. Prior experience includes project engineering at Bel and RB, focusing on budget management and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Artur holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lodz University of Technology, with additional studies in management practices from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and European Engineering from Coventry University.
