Kelly Cutilo

Kelly Cutilo, PMP, MSEM, is an experienced operations and project management professional with a robust background in manufacturing and engineering. Currently serving as Area Manager at SC Johnson, Kelly oversees a high-volume injection molding facility and has previously managed an $80M modernization initiative at the company's flagship plant. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Operations & Project Management at TriCore, where leadership extended to a $20M organization and multi-site teams, and Global Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering at Johnson Controls, overseeing a significant engineering workforce. Kelly's earlier career includes key technical and engineering positions at Rockwell Automation and Ladish, contributing to advancements in manufacturing processes and project execution. Kelly holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Milwaukee School of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
