Lydia Nycz

Lydia Nycz is an accomplished leader in research and development, currently serving as the VP R&D SC at SC Johnson since June 2024. Prior to this role, Nycz held various positions at Newell Brands from April 2018 to June 2024, including VP R&D Home Fragrance and R&D Director for Home Fragrance. Between May 2009 and April 2018, Nycz worked at Reckitt as a Global R&D Sr. Manager in Hygiene. Earlier experience includes a role as Chemist at Johnson & Johnson for a brief period in 2009, and as a Research Associate at Alberto Culver from August 2007 to September 2008.
